\“Expression” most of the times this word has impacted me a lot Althroughout my life of 34 years of consistent practice. This state of expression at times has taken me to the bliss of communion with the body at a different level , which in turn has created a inward travel surpassing the levels of Triguna of Raja’s, Tama’s and Sattvika creating the Mahat of Paramatma which is the very essence of creation. Having liberated with this strong basics I feel the same should be shared to a larger manifestation of the self with the unconditioned love of my parents.

“Yuj”, “Milan”, “Sahayog”, “Sammilan” “Sahakarma” all these are just not to be perceived as words but an opportunity to join with the Paramatman which has been my consistent enlightment. Having said this I strongly feel unitedly I will be able to accomplish this goal along with my bretheren manifestations.
