Services : M/S PANNELS/ PARTITIONS 

Panel thickness is 50 OR 75 mm. Frames: Fabricate & Install 4’ 0” height of profiles of powder coated to 60-70 micron thickness. The frames shall be held together with pop rivet for tile based system including corner reinforcement with CRCA brackets, trims, level adjusters, etc. the frames shall have raceway provision to carry networking/ electrical cables both horizontally and vertically at floor/ skirting & tabletop levels and shall include necessary cutouts, trims cover plates, grommets’, wire managers, etc. Tiles: 9mm MDF board, Fabric board, Pinup board, White board tile is the option considered. Design, pattern, shade shall be as specified by the Client.

GABLE ENDS 

Fabricate and install 25mm thick, gable ends with matching laminates of sizes and shape as per detail & design.
 
TABLE TOPS
 
Table top mounted on frames using hook-on cantilever brackets; finished with powder coating of 65 micron thickness of the color specified by the Client. The tabletop shall be with 2mm edge band and 25mm particle board finished with 1mm thick laminate, 22” deep and installed at 30” above FFL, including balancing laminate of underside. All tabletop joints shall be strengthened on the underside using joint plates made of VRCA, finished with zinc coating.

OTHER ACCESSORIES

One White board and Pinup board per workstation.

ACCESSORIES
Mobile Pedestals (1’-6”x 1’-6”x 2’-3’’)
 
Supply & installing mobile pedestal unit made out of 18mm thick particle board finished on two sides with 0.8mm thk laminate, color as approved by the architects. All exposed edges to be finished with 2mm thick edge band. Drawer assembly should consist of 3 drawers’ with central locking facility and made of pre laminated particle board. Drawer unit should be mounted on caster wheels with brakes with height of 27” from the finished floor; color shall be specified by the Architect.

KEYBOARD Tray

CPU Trolley
 
CPU Trolley is made up of CR sheet with powder coating fixed with lockable castors. CPU trolley is capable accommodating any size of CPU (125mm-225mm) with adjustable plates.
 
CABIN

The frames shall be held together with pop rivet for tile based system including corner reinforcement with CRCA brackets, trims, level adjusters, etc. the frames shall have raceway provision to carry networking/ electrical cables both horizontally and vertically at floor/ skirting & tabletop levels and shall include necessary cutouts, trims cover plates, grommets, wire managers, etc. Titles: 9MM MDF laminate board, fabric board, Pinup board, 6mm glass tiles, Whiteboard tile is the option considered. Design, pattern, shade shall be specified by the Client.

FREESTANDING TABLE   

Supply &installation of free standing table and side table as per the sizes mentioned in drawing made of 25mm thick edge bonded tabletop with modesty .the tabletop shall be with 2mm edge band and 25mm particle board finished with 1mm thick laminate, 22’’ deep and installed at 30” above FFL, including balancing laminate of inside.

MEMBREN PRESSED DOOR

12mm Clear glass Toughened with Pac fitting with floor spring handles, and lock.
 
OVER HEAD STORAGES
 
Supply & installing Over head storages unit made out of 18mm thick particle board finished on two sides with 0.8mm thick laminate, color as approved by the Architects. All exposed edges to be finished with 2mm thick edge band. Shutters of 18mm thick piratical board laminated with handles, lock & color shall be specified by the Architect.
 
CONFERCE TABLE
 
Supply and installation of conference table made of 25mm thick edgeboand table top with modesty. The tabletop shall be with 2mm edge band 25mm particle board finished with 1mm thick laminate of inside. 25mmthick edge banded table top with wooden stand as per the drawing with power bars and wire managers.
