The Automotive Aftermarket Division at Bosch India, based in Bangalore manages the aftermarket operations in India and SAARC and is responsible for the supply, sales and distribution of automotive parts for vehicle servicing, diagnostic equipments for workshops, technical information, training, technical after-sales service for Bosch Automotive products and systems. In addition the division is responsible for Bosch Service workshop concepts that guarantee excellent quality in vehicle service and maintenance.
The product range of the Automotive Aftermarket division is the largest under one roof, finding extensive application in Two and Three wheelers, Passenger Cars, Utility vehicles, Light and Heavy commercial vehicles, Buses, Tractors, Railways, Off-highway applications and Stationary engines. The products marketed by the aftermarket division includes Diesel and Gasoline Fuel Injection System & Components, Alternators, Starter Motors, Spark Plugs, Automotive Filters, Automotive Batteries, Automotive Belts, Wiper Blades, Horns, Lighting, Automotive Lubricants, Braking Systems, 2 & 3 wheeler Clutch Plates, Diagnostic Equipments, and Automotive softwares.
The division also manages over 2500 Workshop / Service network comprising over 500 Bosch Car Service, 1,000 Bosch Diesel Service Centres, 600 Electric Modules , 250 Express Car Service & 150 Express Bike Service in India. These centres provide highest quality of customer service and solutions to the vehicle owners. A new workshop concept “Optimum Diesel Partner” has been added to the network. There are 15 Bosch Training Centres in India, offering training to customers on both technical and commercial aspects.
