She has been a national swimmer and diver and has won many medals at the state and national competitions. She is an Aqua Fitness Trainer and runs her classes in various centres in Bangalore. She specialises in teaching swimming and Aqua Fitness to senior citizens and kids and adults with special needs. She is a pranic healer, a yoga teacher, a counsellor and has attended workshops on various disabilities to understand the disabilities and to enable her to deal with her students more professionally. She has more than 13 year’s experience teaching swimming'
